Hoxie youth dies in Friday ATV crash

Fifteen-year-old Nikki Stuckey of Hoxie was when an ATV she was riding rolled in rural Sheridan County Friday evening.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Stuckey was the passenger on a Polaris ATV driven by 16 year old Zoey M. Storer, also of Hoxie. The ATV was rossing W. Road 110 N. from a private drive about 4 miles south of Selden when, for unspecified reasons, it left the roadway, rolling one and a half times. Stuckey was ejected from the ATV and suffered fatal injuries.

Storer suffered suspected minor injuries in the crash.
