Great Bend Police

A hit-and-run vehicle backed onto 10th St. on Friday and struck a parked vehicle.

A motorist backed into a tree on private property in the 2200 block of WIlliams St. at 3:39 p.m. Friday.

Theft of a vision card from 700 Baker was reported Friday.

A fight at 401 Almond St. was reported at 10:25 p.m. Friday and a case was made for alleged aggravated battery. A supplement was added later after contact with the Great Bend Regional Hospital Emergency Room.

Theft of beer from 1221 10th St. was reported at 2:36 a.m. Saturday.

Criminal damage to a 1998 Lincoln Town Car at 223 Becker Court was reported Saturday.

A Great Bend resident reported someone using her debit card four times. Loss was $200.

Damage to a window in a Ford Explorer at 2911 18th St. was reported Saturday. A window was also broken in a vehicle on Third Street.

A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle on private property in the 800 block of 10th St. around 3:32 a.m. Sunday.

A vehicle driven by Gisela Chavez was westbound on Eighth St. at 4:59 p.m. Sunday and struck a vehicle driven by Jesus Montoya, who was southbound on Holland St.

A 20-inch bike was found and booked as found property Sunday evening.

 

Barton County Sheriff

Two vehicles collided at Railroad Ave. and U.S. 56 in Great Bend at 6:26 p.m. Friday. No one was injured.

A vehicle went off the road on K-156/U.S. 56 at 2:39 a.m. Saturday and struck a tree.

A vehicle hit a deer at NE 120 Ave. and east K-4 at 11:43 a.m. Saturday.

A motorist reported hitting "about three deer" on east U.S. 56, about half a mile west of Ellinwood, at 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

A woman was arrested for obstruction, battery and disorderly conduct during an altercation in the parking lot of The House bar, 206 North U.S. 281, at 1:41 a.m. Sunday.
