A vehicle driven by Mary K. Malone was eastbound in the 2700 block of 10th St. at 11:49 a.m. Thursday and struck a vehicle driven by Charles K. Brown, who was slowing to turn.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 3212 10th St. on Thursday.
A theft at 2601 10th St. was reported Thursday.
A known person was driving south into the city on NE 10 Road at 12:20 a.m. Friday and ran into the ditch. She was booked into the Barton County Jail for driving under the influence.

Firefighters were battling a grass fire near Heizer for several hours Saturday afternoon; it rekindled in the evening.
