Barton County Sheriff
A Jeep driven by Petr Grigorev struck a deer on east U.S. 56 and NE 80 Ave. at 6:51 a.m. Wednesday, and then was struck by a Dodge Challenger driven by Nathanial Peackck. Neither driver was injured.
Two pickups collied at 210 East Santa Fe Blvd., Ellinwood, at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday.
A shed at 136 SE 20 Ave. was broken into and miscellaneous items taken, it was reported Wednesday.

Great Bend Police
A window was broken on a house at 1419 19th St., it was reported Wednesday.
At 10 p.m., an individual reported being battered in the parking lot at 1811 Main by an unknown person.
