Kansas Highway Patrol A car and truck collided at 11:45 a.m. Thursday on U.S. 183, about three miles north of the Rush/Ellis County line. A 2008 Pontiac driven by Adrianna R. Bieker, 18, of Schoenchen, was attempting to make a turn and was rear-ended by a 2004 Mack truck driven by Richard Braun, 47, of Victoria. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
