Great Bend Fire/EMSFirefighters made eight ambulance runs Friday, four Saturday and four Sunday.At 10:42 a.m. Friday, firefighters were dispatched to 329 NE 10 Ave., after someone reported possibly seek a barn on fire. There was no structure fire; the flames were from a controlled burn that had been approved earlier.At 3:25 a.m. Sunday firefighters were dispatched to 1908 Harrison St., where an automatic alarm had gone off. Finding no fire, they checked the house and reset the alarm.
