Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six emergency medical service calls Thursday. There were no fires.
A small grass fire in a ditch west of Great Bend on U.S. 56, east of the K-156 junction, was reported at 12:18 p.m. Friday.

Vehicles driven by Steve Tankersley and Richard Buess collided at 11:10 a.m. Thursday on 10th St.
A tire was reportedly stolen off a car at 2601 Morton St.
A vehicle driven by Atanacio Resendea Jr. struck a parked vehicle at 12:41 p.m. at 1204 Main.
A registration decal was reportedly stolen from 4901 8th St.
A vehicle driven by Taylor Dougherty stuck a parked vehicle at 3:22 p.m. on Broadway Ave.
A criminal deprivation of property case was taken Thursday afternoon in the 2500 block of Sixth St. because an individual was allegedly keeping someone’s clothes and not returning them.
Vehicles driven by Beverly Cannon and Megan Pelster collided at 4:48 p.m. at 24th and Camelot West.
A lost Social Security card was reported.
A lost motorcycle tag was reported.
A vehicle driven by Imelda Desantigo backed into a legally parked vehicle at 9:37 p.m. in the 1400 block of 12th St.
At 5:32 a.m. Friday, police received a report that a vehicle had hit a legally parked vehicle in the 5500 block of Broadway Ave. and left.
