A vehicle driven by Carol Schemmer backed from a private drive on Seventh St. at 9:58 a.m. Tuesday and hit a parked vehicle.
A vehicle driven by Colleen Hays was westbound on Third St. at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday and struck Manuel Mendez. Mendez was taken to Great Bend Regional Hospital, where he was treated and released.
A vehicle driven by Emily Blunt was southbound on Washington at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and struck a vehicle driven by Sheri Espinosa at 24th St.

Barton County Sheriff
A two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West U.S. 56 at SW 30 Ave. was reported at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday. Kansas Highway Patrol responded.

Great Bend Fire Department
Firefighters had 11 Emergency Medical Service calls on Tuesday.
At 6:57 p.m., they were dispatched to 1210 Jefferson St. The resident was cooking and it caused smoke but no fire.
