Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made six ambulance runs on Friday, three on Saturday and four on Sunday. There was one fire call.
At 5:51 p.m. on Sunday, units responded to report of burning in the back yard at 2415 Gano. On arrival firefighters found a male person burning wafer board. The fire was extinguished.

Jan. 27
Theft was reported at 3401 Forest Ave. A log splitter was stolen.
A non-injury accident was reported in the 2400 Block of 21st Street.
Theft was reported at Zip Stop located at 3620 10th St.
A narcotics violation was reported at 2423 Gano St.

Jan. 28
A narcotics violation was reported at 17th Street and 281 bypass. Calvin Hinz was arrested for possession of marijuana.
A non-injury accident was reported at 3rd Avenue and Grapevine Street.

Jan. 29
A narcotics violation was reported at 8th Street and Washington Avenue. Vance Vinsonhaler was arrested for possession marijuana.
A non-injury accident was reported at 24th and Washington Street.
