Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made five ambulance runs on Friday, five on Saturday and six on Sunday.
There was one fire call on Saturday. At 8:05 p.m. units responded to the 100 block of Patton Road for a fire. The fire was extinguished and there was no damage reported. There was also a report of a downed power line at 1:50 a.m. in the 200 Block of South Washington.

July 28
Theft was reported at Great Bend Ampride located at 2302 10th St.
Burglary/not in progress was reported at 4201 8th St.
Criminal damage was reported at 8th and Pine Street.
Theft was reported at Wal-Mart located at 2503 19th St.

Burglary/not in progress was reported at Sunflower Diversified located at 1521 K-96.
Criminal damage was reported at Holiday Apartments located at 5210 10th St.
Burglary/not in progress was reported at 5018 12th St.
Criminal damage was reported at 1444 Broadway Ave.
