Firefighters made seven ambulance runs Thursday. There was one fire call, which was a false alarm at the High Rise.

Damage to the driver’s door window on a vehicle on Lakin Ave. was reported Thursday.
A red 2008 Chevy Uplander with expired tag 581FPU was reportedly stolen from 1008 Hubbard St.
A residential burglary was reported at 205 Frey St.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the Walmart parking lot.
A vehicle driven by Tate Fisher struck a parked vehicle at 12:01 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of 12th St.

Barton County Sheriff
Someone ran into three mailboxes at 1105 NE 100 Road, possibly intentionally, it was reported Thursday. One of the boxes was missing a week’s worth of mail.
A vehicle hit a deer at 10:51 p.m. Thursday on K-156 and NE 100 Ave.
