Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made seven ambulance runs on Wednesday. There was one fire call.
At 3:22 p.m. units responded to Brit Spaugh Zoo for a fire in a trash can. The fire was put out.

Great Bend Police
Theft of a bike was reported at 1523 Lakin Ave.
Burglary was reported at 212 Chestnut St.
Theft of a bike was reported at Great Bend Public Library located at 1409 Williams St.
Theft of a cell phone from a vehicle was reported at Dollar General located at 2400 10th St.
Burglary was reported at 2511 7th St. A handgun was stolen.

Barton County Sheriff
A non-injury accident was reported at mile marker 210 on U.S. 56. A vehicle hit a deer.
A non-injury accident was reported in the 300 Block of NE 30 Road. A vehicle hit a deer.
A non-injury accident was reported at mile marker 112 on U.S. 281. A vehicle hit a deer.
