Firefighters made five ambulance runs Thursday.

Great Bend Police
A search warrant was executed at 10:47 a.m. Wednesday at 3211 Forest Ave.
A wallet was found in the trash in the 1700 block of Adams St.
A purse was reportedly stolen from a cart Wednesday at Walmart Supercenter.
A battery was reported Wednesday afternoon at 1925 Washington.
GBPD assisted a state parole officer at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday with a subject at the Kwik Shop, 3907 Broadway. The subject was subdued with a Tazer stungun.
A theft was reported at 2604 Williams S.
Unlawful uses of credit cards were reported Thursday at 3503 10th St. and 1623 Main.
Vehicles driven by Krystal Quintero and Brett Fisher collided at 12:05 p.m. Thursday at 11th and Kansas.
Vehicles driven by Randa Taylor and Jennifer Major collided at 654 p.m. at 1405 K-96, after Taylor’s vehicle slide on the ice.
A vehicle driven by Peter Kurth slid on the ice at 7:52 p.m. and hit a curb on Patton Road.

Barton County Sheriff
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:40 a.m. Thursday on NW 70 Ave. and West K-4.
Theft of money from 398 NE 40 Ave. was reported.
A rural resident reported Thursday that he found a welder generator last Saturday, Nov. 16,  south of Dundee in the area of U.S. 56 and SW 60 Ave.
A semitrailer at the NE K-156 junction with East U.S. 56 slid into a ditch around 5:20 p.m. Thursday.
An injury accident on NE K-156 was reported from a cell phone at 6:28 p.m. It was determined that the accident was in Ellsworth County so the call was forwarded to them.

Kansas Highway Patrol
An injury accident occurred at 8:55 p.m. Thursday on 10th Road in Ellsworth County, 3.4 miles north of Lorraine and 0.7 miles south of K-156. A Chevrolet Blazer driven by Kevin Sean Jewell, 25, Kanopolis, entered ditch backwards and slid into the embankment, which caused the vehicle to bounce and roll back into ditch. Jewell, who was not wearing a seat belt, sustain possible injury but was not transported. Passenger Sarah Ann Crampton, 32, of Ellsworth, was taken to the Ellsworth County Medical Center with undetermined injuries. She had been wearing a seat belt.
