Great Bend Police
Criminal damage to the ball park at 4800 17th St. Terrace was discovered Tuesday morning.
Burglaries at two storage buildings were reported. Someone took items from a storage unit at 3812 Forest Ave. and someone broke into a shed at 917 Jefferson St.
Theft of a check from 3725 19th St. was reported.

Barton County Sheriff
A bow was reportedly stolen Monday night from 612 Windmill Lane.
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. 281, south of the Barton County line. The call was transferred to Stafford County.
At 11:29 p.m. Tuesday, callers in Pawnee Rock began to report hearing three loud explosions. One caller on Cunnife Ave. said the whole house shook and pictures fell off the wall, and a caller on Santa Fe Ave. saw flashes. Someone else thought someone in an older pickup was throwing explosives. No damage was found and the explosions remained a mystery.

Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made three ambulance runs Tuesday. There were no fires.
