Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs on Monday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
Money was stolen from a residence at 215 Elm St.
A non-injury accident was reported in the 4000 Block of Broadway. A vehicle hit a concrete wall.
Forgery was reported at Hejny Liquor located at 821 Main St., and both Casey’s General Stores in Great Bend.
Criminal damage was reported at 5913 Aspen Drive. A garage door was damaged.
A jacket was stolen at the Great Bend High School.
A non-injury accident was reported at Main St., and Railroad Ave.

Kansas Highway Patrol
A crash involving 1 vehicle occurred on Oct. 5, at 5:55 p.m. in Barton county at K-4, 1 mile west of U.S. 281.
A Semi driven by Bradley Starks, was westbound on K-4, left the roadway on the north side, traveled through the north ditch, vaulted northwest 50th Ave., coming to a rest in a field on the west side of northwest 50th Ave. The driver sustained disabling injuries and was taken to Clara Barton Hospital.
