Firefighters made three ambulance runs Thursday, seven Friday, seven Saturday and five Sunday.
On Thursday they assisted in pulling a pickup out of Veterans Memorial Lake.
At 10:33 p.m. Sunday they were dispatched to 2618 Paseo Dr. after a smoke alarm was activated. No smoke or fire was found; the detector’s batteries needed to be replaced.

Police are investigating a rape that was reported Friday over the noon hour. A woman said she was raped Thursday by a known person at a residence in the 1400 block of Park Ave. Lt. Bill Browne said no arrest had been made pending the results of a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) lab test.
An aggravated battery at 1438 Park Ave. was reported Friday morning as police went to the residence to check out a domestic battery. A man who allegedly hit a female in the head with a handgun was booked into the Barton County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery, with bond set at $20,000.
Vehicles driven by Emerson Campbell and Jay Werth collided at 9:06 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Main St.
Someone broke a window on a storm door at 2432 24th St.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a Dodge Stratus parked at 2612 27th St.
Vehicles driven by Trenton Brown and Jeremy Henbest collided at 3413 10th St. at 5:39 p.m. Friday.
Nothing was found when police checked a fireworks complaint in the 2500 block of Walnut Dr. at 10:53 p.m. Friday. They also checked an anonymous call from Forest Ave. that a shot had been fired, at 9 p.m. Saturday, and another fireworks complaint from the 1700 block of Morton St. at 8:23 p.m. Sunday.
A vehicular burglary at 1448 Lakin Ave. was reported Saturday morning.
Two bicycles were reportedly stolen from 809 Coolidge St.
A push lawn mower was reportedly stolen from 821 Morphy St. Loss was $80.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a parked vehicle at 5601 Navajo Road.
Tools were reportedly stolen from a parked vehicle at 3500 10th St.
Vehicles driven by Paul Gillespie and Charles Roush collided in the 3200 block of 10th St. at 9:38 a.m. Sunday.
A vehicle driven by Bernard Schenk was northbound in the 1000 block of McKinley St. at 11:05 a.m. Sunday and struck a vehicle driven by Jackie Hastings, who was stopped in traffic.
Someone shattered a vehicle window at 1801 8th St. and stole a Sony compact disc player and amp, it was reported Sunday.
Vehicles driven by Joanna Simmons and Dustin Thompson collided at Broadway and Warner at 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
Police checked a report at 8:33 p.m. Sunday that a male had punched another male outside the Dillon’s store at 1811 Main, then left in a black pickup. Nothing was found.
A vehicular burglary at 2433 Zarah Dr. was reported at 12:27 a.m. Monday. Someone broke into the vehicle but nothing was missing.
