Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made one ambulance run Tuesday and checked on a smoke alarm activation at 11:16 p.m. in the 5300 block of 10th St. It was a false alarm cause by a malfunction.

Two bicycles were stolen from 2022 Jackson St., it was reported Tuesday.

Barton County Sheriff
An accident was reported at 6:22 a.m. Tuesday on NE 90 Road and NE 50 Ave. Trent Miley from Kanopolis said he missed a turn and put his truck in the ditch. He had a gash on his arm.
At 5:07 p.m. a motorist reported hitting a deer Tuesday morning, two miles south of Olmitz on NW 90 Ave. and NW 90 Road.
