Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made four ambulance runs Thursday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a vehicle parked at 3503 10th St., it was reported Thursday.
A woman was served a notice to appear in municipal court for allegedly shoplifting a feminine hygiene product from Dillons, 1811 Main.
A search warrant was conducted at 2:44 p.m. with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation at 4 NW 30 Road A5 12.
The Department for Children and Families contacted GBPD after being advised of an alleged sex offense which occurred in Pawnee County, after Pawnee County advised they were not going to work the case. The Pawnee County Undersheriff was contacted. DCF was directed to contact Pawnee County District Court.
Two officers responded to Great Bend High School at 3:26 p.m. to handle a Child In Need of Care (CINC) case.

Barton County Sheriff
A television was stolen from a dorm room at Barton Community College, it was reported Thursday.
An outside agency assist call came at 2:23 a.m. Friday, when an officer reported being in a van with two combative prisoners after hitting a deer on U.S. 56 near Radium Road (mile maker 198, west of Great Bend).
