Firefighters made 10 ambulance runs Friday, seven Saturday, five Sunday and four Monday.
At 3:02 p.m. Friday units responded to a small grass fire at 2000 Jackson St.
At 4:16 p.m. Sunday units responded to a lawn mower and grass on fire at 351 B NW 20 Ave.
At 3:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters did a carbon monoxide check at 2509 Dry Creek.
Other fires
A transformer was on fire and throwing sparks at 10:25 p.m. Sunday at 212 Hoisington Street in Susank.
Great Bend Police
A vehicle driven by Michael Kramer rear-ended a vehicle driven by Aleisha McCallister, who was stopped at a red light, at 8:58 p.m. Friday on Main Street.
Alexa Holder was driving west on 10th St. at 10:17 a.m. and allegedly ran a red light; the vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Brenda Zimmerman, who was northbound on Kansas Ave.
Checks were stolen from 2900 Gano St.
Someone used a Great Bend resident’s identity to file a tax return in California.
A vehicle driven by Joyce Heinz-Strecker backed into a parked vehicle at 12:32 p.m. in the 2900 block of 17th St.
Someone damaged a mail box at 2522 Sixth St.
A bike was stolen at 408 Walnut.
A window was broken at 2817 Ninth St.
At 11:04 p.m., a man was trespassing in the house at 915 Stone St.
A minor with possible alcohol poisoning was transported from Stone Street to Great Bend Regional Hospital at 1:32 a.m. Saturday. Barton County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the residence.
An alleged shoplifter was cited at Walmart.
A burglary was reported Sunday at 1820 Tyler. Items were stolen from the residence.
A hit-and-run vehicle struck a vehicle parked in the 3100 block of 18th St.
A motorist in a red Jeep with Kansas tag 154HLS allegedly failed to pay for fuel at 5:25 p.m. Sunday at 1315 10th St.
Officers assisted the Hoisington Police Department by collecting property for a case, at 5:49 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Holland.
A motorist in a white Chevy Monte Carlo with a red stripe left without paying for fuel at 5:56 p.m. Sunday at 3907 Broadway Ave.
Two pitbulls killed a cat around 7:38 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of Baker Ave. One dog was found and picked up by the humane society.
An officer removed a snake from a home in the 1900 block of Willow Lane.
A red scooter was stolen from 1816 Hubbard St.

A known person was cited Monday evening for allegedly kicking down the door to a residence at 1715 Morphy St.

Attachments for a farm implement were taken from the 300 block of NW 50 Road, it was reported Friday.
A battery occurred in the jail.
A bus from Macksville hit a deer at 10:42 p.m. Friday at 177 NW 60 Ave. Kansas Highway Patrol responded.
A motorist from LaCrosse reported her car was run off East K-4 near NE 100 Ave. (near Claflin) at 3:15 p.m. Monday. She was not injured but the car was in the ditch and she couldn’t get it out.
Someone keyed a car Sunday night in the 200 block of North Washington Ave., Great Bend.
