Emergency Medical Service made three ambulance calls on Wednesday and performed one citizen’s assist.


Barton County Sheriff

A warrant arrest was made at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday in rural Pawnee Rock.


Great Bend Police

A lost license plate decal was reported Monday.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:30 p.m. at Dollar General, 2400 10th St.

An individual wanted to speak with an officer in reference to scam phone calls his parents received.

Vehicles driven by Taylor Hopper and Judy Bunch collided at 7 p.m. Monday at 19th and Main, after Hopper, who was driving south on Main, reportedly failed to stop at the light and struck the other vehicle. This was reported as an injury crash.

Theft of a 2012 Chevy Impala was reported Monday at Finer Mobile Home Park, 5501 Ninth St. 103. A burglary/theft was reported at that address at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday.

Theft of items from a vehicle in the 2500 block of Sixth St. was reported Tuesday.

A credit card was found in a wash bay at Kwik Car Wash, 4916 10th, and was booked as found property.

A backpack was found at Pizza Hut, 4101 10th St., and returned to the owner.

An unknown person cut down a tree at 419 Grapevine St.

A $10 gas skip was reported Wednesday at Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St.

A computer was reportedly stolen from Joe Farris Rentals, 5715 Aspen Dr. Apt. 6.

A sex offense was reported at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday at an undisclosed location.

A vehicle reported stolen in 2018 was recovered in Hutchinson.

A sex offense was reported at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at an undisclosed location.

A non-injury crash was reported at 5:03 p.m. at Seventh and Main.

A sex offense was reported at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday at an undisclosed location.

A back window was busted out on Dec. 30, 2018, in the 300 block of Frey St., it was reported Wednesday.
