Great Bend Fire/EMS
Firefighters made five ambulance runs Friday, eight Saturday and six Sunday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police
A non-injury accident was reported at 8:30 a.m. Friday at 10th and McKinley.
Theft was reported at 2511 Lakin Ave.
On Friday evening a male reported a known male tried to hit him with a vehicle in the 1000 block of Monroe Street.
A vehicle lost a wheel at 7:48 p.m. at 12th and Stone.
At 9:15 p.m. an individual reported being shocked by a fence at Veterans Park, 4714 17th St. Terrace. The Park Department responded.
A fraud case was reported Saturday at Handle Bar and Grill, 807 10th St.
At 12:21 a.m. Sunday officers checked the 3100 block of Forest Ave. for an underage party. A case was taken.
At 4:25 a.m. officers assisted the Barton County Sheriff’s Office in searching for subjects that ran from deputies in the area of Second Street and Kiowa Road.
At 6:12 a.m. police received a report of a person with a head injury in the 2400 block of Seventh St. The sheriff’s office handled the call as the incident occurred in the county.
Around 4:14 a.m. a cooler and several other items were found in the 2100 block of Tyler Street and were returned to the owner.

Barton County Sheriff
Fraud/theft was reported Friday at 1324 NW 20 Road, Albert.
A vehicle hit a deer at 7:57 p.m. Friday on West U.S. 56 at mile marker 195.
Utility problems were reported at 9:03 and 9:15 p.m. at Veterans Park in Great Bend.
A vehicle hit a deer at 3:05 p.m. Saturday in the 60 block of NE K-156.
A minor injury, one-vehicle crash was reported at 8:28 p.m. Saturday at 30 Patton Road, Great Bend. Kansas Highway Patrol responded.
Criminal damage to property was reported Sunday at 190 SE 1 Ave., Great Bend.
