There were four Emergency Medical Service calls on Thursday. There were no fires.

Great Bend Police

A fraud case was taken Thursday for unauthorized use of a debit card online. Criminal use of a financial card was also reported.

At 1:45 p.m., an officer located a pitbull at large around 7th and Kansas. Golden Belt Humane Society responded.

Checks and credit cards were reportedly stolen from 1400 Harding St.

Barton County Sheriff

A fire was reported at 2:33 p.m. Thursday at Hoisington Veterinary Clinic, 3 NW 90 Road.

The sheriff’s office received a report of an out-of-county narcotics violation.
