The Great Bend Police Department is investigating a rape reported at 1:17 a.m. Monday. According to Lt. William Browne, a woman who was walking in the 700 block of Frey St. flagged down an officer and reported being raped by a known person and then walking to the place where the officer located her.
No arrest has been made and the case is under investigation.
