Fourth positive case of COVID-19 identified in Barton County
A fourth positive case of coronavirus (COVID-19) has been reported in Barton County, county Public Information Officer Donna Zimmerman said Wednesday afternoon. The case is in the rural northeast part of the county.

Criminal threats were reported at 3:34 a.m. Wednesday at 1443 18th St.

A burglary/not-in-progress was reported at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday at 301 Chestnut St., Great Bend.

A battery was reported at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday at 1401 Cherry Ln.

A hit-and-run non-injury crash at Dairy Queen was reported at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday at the police station.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:01 a.m. Wednesday at E. U.S. 56 and NE 60 Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday at E. U.S. 56 mile marker 210.

A theft was reported at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday at 2053 NE 40 Ave., Hoisington.

An assault was reported at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at NE 100 Rd. and Hoisington Ave.
