An Abilene man was taken to Pawnee Valley Community Hospital with possible injuries last Monday, April 12, after the truck he was driving crashed on K-156, 3.1 miles east of 275th in Pawnee County. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Zachary Humphreys, 36, was driving a 1997 Kenworth three-axel tractor pulling a Wilson trailer. There was another truck tractor-trailer in front of him that was slowing down for the railroad tracks.
