THE YARD Sometimes the best things come in small packages: engagement rings, newborn babies and this 11-second action film.
The villain? A drone. The hero? A french bulldog named Johny. (Or maybe vise versa?)
The video begins with the tension already oozing from the screen. Johnys body is instantly in motion as he runs to vanquish his foe: a drone taking off normally from the yard.
Its unclear what this drone did to be so offensive to Johny. Maybe the drone belongs to a spy who orchestrated the kidnap of his family, maybe the drone is piloted by a corrupt foreign government, or maybe that buzzing noise from the drone just drives Johny a little dog crazy.
The tension builds as Johny races toward his target body tense, eyes focused, determination seething.
Go, Johny, go, go, go, you may scream internally as Johny jumps just as the drone takes off. But, dear reader, its too late, and you can see the slo-mo disappointment in Johnys eyes as the video fades.
Its quite the cliffhanger that is begging for a sequel.
OK, so its not so much an action film as it is a dog just being a dog who is caught on camera with just the right timing to be adorable and hilarious. But in my defense, this is what the internet and these articles are all about random entertainment of all varieties and from all corners of the world and its web.
