Olaf, the loveable snowman from the Frozen animated movie, is back with an all-new spinoff.

The new short film called Olafs Frozen Adventure will show before Disney/Pixars upcoming Coco film, which will be released on Nov. 22, according to USA Today.

The trailer for the short was released on Tuesday.

In a 21-minute short, Olaf (voiced by Josh Gad) and his pal Sven go on a hunt for a new holiday tradition for Princess Ana and Queen Elsa, something the family has never enjoyed, according to USA Today.

Its a perfect pairing," John Lasseter, chief creative officer for Disney/Pixar animation, told USA Today. "Theyre both beautiful, heartfelt films about families and how people carry traditions forward. I cant wait for audiences to get to see both of these terrific projects together on the big screen.

The new spinoff short film will include for new original songs. One of them is included in the trailer, which you can watch here.

Lesseter told Entertainment Weekly that the short film will fit perfectly into the Frozen lore.

People forget that the first movie took place in the middle of summer, so this is really the first holiday season after the girls have come together, but what theyre realizing is that because they were separated for so long, they dont have any family traditions, he told EW about the trailer. So, Olaf is so sad about this that he decides to step out with Sven the reindeer to go around Arendelle to find the greatest family tradition for Anna and Elsa.

Since the film takes place after Frozen, it could tide over fans before the Frozen sequel hits theaters on Nov. 27, 2019.
