YouTube channel Soul Pancake released a video Thursday of Kid President telling his audience how to civilly disagree.
In the video, Kid President lists some things people can disagree about like what sports team to root for and whether Ryan Gooseberry or Charming Tater is a better actor.
"Some people even argue with a tree," Kid President says in the video. "Who am I to judge though maybe the tree said something about his momma."
Kid President then gives his audience tips for disagreeing without hurting people's feelings.
"When you disagree you're going to want to do some crazy stuff like yell or write and release an entire album outlining that you're right and they're wrong," says Kid President. "Don't do it."
Kid President started in July of 2012 when the child politician's uncle, Brad Montague, decided he wanted to showcase the important things that kids have to say, according to kidpresident.com.
"It began as just a few videos we made for fun, said Montague in a post on kidpresident.com. "My younger brother-in-law Robby, who plays the character of Kid President in the videos, is one of my favorite people to spend time with. He and I love making things together and never dreamed our journey would take us the places it has."
Soul pancake has over 1.7 million subscribers. Some of Kid President's more popular video include: "A Pep Talk from Kid President to You," 38.8 million views, and "20 things you should say more often," 10.6 million views.
"I believe kids can change the world," said Montague in his post on kidpresident.com. "I also believe grown ups can change the world. It just takes all of us working together."
