Adrian Servando Vasquez, 24, passed away on Friday, Dec. 18, 2020. Adrian was born on Oct. 7, 1996 in Phoenix, Ariz. to Rito and Lisa Vasquez. He was raised in Great Bend, Kan. and graduated from Great Bend High School. He had worked for CHS Refinery in McPherson, Kan., Classic Well Service Company in Clafin, Kan., and Saulsbury, Inc. in Carlsbad, N.M. He married Taylor Marie Mohr on Oct. 19, 2019 in Great Bend, Kan. He loved vehicle modifications, working out and MMA, was competitive, was known to be a jokester and entertained everyone, but above all else, loved his wife, Taylor. He enjoyed working in the oil field, and his dream one day was to become a welder.
Adrian is survived by his wife, Taylor Vasquez; his parents, Rito and Lisa Vasquez; his grandparents, Ramona Banuelos and Juan and Blanca Banuelos; brother, Rito Andres (Mayra Lopez) and their children, Hector, Isaac, and Daleyza; sister, Monique Montes (Vicente), and their children, Nynel, Brayden, and Naylea; brother, Diego (Hannah) and their daughter, Adalynn Perales; and brother, Rene. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Wes and Lisa Mohr; sister and brother-in-law, Kylee and Slade; grandparents, Terry and Marie Kern. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carolina Aldama Garcia and Faustino Vazquez; nephew, Braxton Montes; and uncle, Mike Kern.
Celebration of life services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Great Bend Events Center, 3111 10th Street, in Great Bend, Kan.
