Alan E. Bartholomew, 69, of Stotts City, Mo., died July 27, 2015, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo. He was born Feb. 3, 1946, at Great Bend, the son of Earl and Mary Slankard Bartholomew. He grew up and went to school in Great Bend.
