HOISINGTON — Alice Carrola Ochs Batt, 93, died March 31, 2016, at Clara Barton Hospital. Born September 7, 1922, on the family farm in northern Barton County, she was the daughter of Emanuel and Martha (Steinert) Ochs. On Feb. 15, 1942, she married Robert Batt at Bender Hill Church, in southern Russell County.
