LARNED – Alma M. Frick, 91, passed away September 4, 2021 at Via Christi St. Francis Campus, in Wichita.
Alma was born January 16, 1930 in Larned, the daughter of Albert and Olivia Jenisch Debes. A lifetime area resident, she was a farmer and a homemaker.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and The Garden Club, all of Larned. She was a 4-H Leader and also a member of the Zook E.H.U.
On December, 5, 1951 she married Raymond G. Frick at Raton, New Mexico. He passed away on February 7, 1999.
Survivors include: a son, Kent (Karen) Frick, Larned; one daughter Kim (Terry) Fairchild, Overland Park, Ks. two sisters, Katherine George, Larned, Pauline (Norman) Herrmann, Kinsley; four grandchildren, Dr. Christina Frick (Brent Maxwell), their children, Grayson, Kole and Addison Maxwell, Larned, Melissa (Matt) Brossard, their children, Harley and Carter Brossard, Topeka, Kurtis (Holly) Frick, their children, Chayse, Kaden and Paisley Frick, Larned, and Audra (Dustin) Geiger, their children, Natalie and Mason Geiger, Topeka.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bernard Debes and a sister, Rose George.
Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, September 10, 2021 at Larned Cemetery, Larned with Pastor Tricia North presiding. Service will be viewable via Facebook live at www.facebook.com/beckwithmortuary. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Beckwith Mortuary, Larned.
