Arline I. Byrum 1927 - 2013 LARNED — Arline I. Byrum, 86, died Oct. 1, 2013 at the Pawnee Valley Community Hospital in Larned. Born July 26, 1927, in Hodgeman County, she was the daughter of Bert R. and Bertha Smith Jones. A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and retired from the Larned State Hospital.
