Barbara Kay Clark 1940 - 2011

Barbara Kay Clark, 70, died March 23 at her home in Great Bend. Born Sept. 17, 1940 in Great Bend, she was the daughter of Howard and Betty (Alderson) Bangerter. On May 12, 1964 she married Joseph A. Clark in Colorado Springs, Colo. He died in 1997. A Great Bend resident for four years, coming from Wichita, she was a retired self-employed accountant.

Mrs. Clark attended the Episcopal Church in Great Bend.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Bangerter. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Clark.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Great Bend with the Rev. Phyllis Flory officiating. A private interment will be at the Hoisington Cemetery. Friends may visit from 1 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to St. John’s Episcopal Church in care of the funeral home.
