GREAT BEND — Betty Lou Rand, 85, died July 15, 2015, at OU Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City, Okla.Born Jan. 8, 1930 in Lamar, Colo. she was the daughter of Hiram Franklin and Nola Esther (Gideon) Rutter. On April 17, 1949, she married Doyle Rand in Coats. She and her husband owned and operated Rands Properties.
