WICHITA — Brooke Justin Barlow, 50, died Feb. 28, 2023, at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, Wichita. Born Oct. 6, 1972, in Newton, Kan. He was the son of Ronald V. and Laura J. (Michaelis) Barlow. Brooke graduated from Hoisington High School in 1991.

Brooke worked as a technician for the US Infrastructure Company in Wichita, Kan. He was an outdoor enthusiast and loved hunting and fishing. He also loved spending time on the golf course and cooking for his family, especially anything that could be made on his smoker. His pride and joy were his three grandsons, which he loved spending time with, and he was excited to have his first granddaughter who is due in a few weeks.

Survivors include; two daughters, Taylor Spresser and significant other Tayton Moreland of Russell, and Savannah Sidebottom and husband Bryce of Salina; three grandsons, Graham Spresser, Brynk Sidebottom and Boyd Sidebottom; and soon to be, granddaughter, Baby Zoey. He is also survived by a sister, Jessica Campbell of Hoisington; niece, Rylie Campbell, and nephew, Peyton Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron & Laura Barlow, and grandparents, Reuben & Babe Michaelis, and Dusty & Helen Barlow.

Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Hoisington, with Rhonda Templing, SAM presiding. Family will greet friends prior to the service starting at 9:30 a.m. at the church.
