Bryce Allen Hofmeister

Bryce Allen Hofmeister, 31, passed away Sept. 30, 2026. He was born Jan. 3, 1995, the son of Jeff and Rana (Hofmeister) Ingram.

Bryce, a lifetime resident of Great Bend, had recently been employed by UPS and Millers of Claflin. He graduated from Great Bend High School in 2013, where he was known as a football and wrestling standout. He continued his education at Dodge City Community College and Fort Hays State University. With a zest for life and a love for family and friends, Bryce could often be found at the lake, on the softball fields or walking his dog along the river.

Survivors include son, Koyie Yoder-Hofmeister; parents, Jeff and Rana Ingram; father, Robert England; two brothers, Ethan Cox of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Connor Plantz of Golf Shore, Ala.; two sisters, Addison Ingram and fiancé Alec Wilson of Great Bend, and Remi Ingram and fiancé Seth Franzen of Great Bend; grandparents, Fred and Paula Hofmeister of Claflin; grandmother, Angie Ingram of Great Bend; grandfather, Rodney Frederick of Falls City, Neb.; and his extended softball buddies. He was preceded in passing by his grandfather, Eldon Ingram; grandmother, Sybil Wehling; cousin, Emily Mills; and close friend, Monte James.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026, at Bryant Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry Schumacher presiding. Interment will follow at the Dubuque Cemetery, Dubuque, Kan. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, at Bryant Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Memorials may be given to the Bryce Allen Hofmeister Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
