Carol Joan Lundquist passed away Oct. 5, at Cherry Village Nursing Home in Great Bend, in much of the same manner in which she was born. She died with strength, grace, and dignity. Carol was born March 27, 1927 at her aunt’s home in Milwaukee, Wisc., to Carl John and Rose Caroline (Blum) Pohlman, with a remote chance of survival.
