HOISINGTON — Cecil Orliss Cheney, 94, passed away Feb. 24, 2024, at home in Hoisington, Kan. surrounded by his loving family. He was born Aug. 17, 1929, at Dundee, Kan., to James and Rosa (Myers) Cheney. Cecil married Leona Erb June 20, 1948, in Hutchinson, Kan.
