ELLINWOOD — Charles Lewis Carmin, 94, passed away in Great Bend, Kan. on Jan. 31st, 2023. Born on Dec. 2nd, 1928 in Leoti, Kan. he was the son of Everett V. and Ruby (Shannon) Carmin. A 56 year resident of Ellinwood, Charles was a 1948 graduate of Sylvia High School later graduating from Barton County Community College.
