GREAT BEND — Crystal Colleen Shearer, 52, died March 15, 2012 at her home in Great Bend.
Born April 24, 1959 in Medicine Lodge she was the daughter of Robert J. and Eva M. Bedore Miller.
A resident of Great Bend, formerly of Larned and Medicine Lodge, she was a retired Certified Medical Assistant. Ms. Shearer was of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include a son, Robbie, Larned; father, Robert J. Miller, Larned; three brothers, Robert Crosby, Gatesville, Texas, Gary Crosby, Medicine Lodge, and James Crosby, Larned; two sisters, Jane Ida Smart and Judy Kay Angell, both of Medicine Lodge; and a grandson, Lucas. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rose Crosby.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Morell Funeral Home in Larned with Father Warren Stecklein presiding. Inurnment will be at the Larned Cemetery. Cremation has taken place.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be sent to the Pawnee County Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
