LARNED — Dale Otte, 76, passed away Oct. 17, at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Born Jan. 4, 1938, in Great Bend, he was the son of Wilmer and Leah Dorfshaffer Otte. A longtime area resident he was a farmer/stockman.
