BELLA VISTA, Ark. — Danny Richmeier, 79, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Sept. 11 at the Circle of Life Hospice at Legacy, in Bentonville, Ark. He was born on

June 2, 1931, in Morland, the son of John J. and Eva Schreiner Richmeier. Danny served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He moved to Bella Vista from Great Bend in 1987. He loved woodworking, golf and spending time with family.

Mr. Richmeier was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church for 22 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Virginia.

He is survived by four sons: Father Garry Richmeier of Kansas City, Mo., Greg Richmeier and his wife Lisa, of Great Bend, Steve Richmeier and his wife Betty of Gladstone, Mo., and Danny Richmeier and Joyce Gates of Jasper, Mo.; a daughter: Brenda Marcus and her husband John of Prairie Village; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Albert Richmeier and his wife Janice of Morland; and a sister, Blanch Williams and her husband Reid C. of Inman.
