RUSSELL — Delbert D. Deschner, 90, former Natoma resident, died December 27, 2017 in Wichita. A memorial service to celebrate Delbert’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, at the Peace Lutheran Church in Natoma with Pastor Michael Schmidt officiating. Cremation has been selected by the family and inurnment will follow at the Natoma Lutheran Cemetery.
