Deneva Jo Steinert, 57, passed away surrounded by loved ones on May 17, 2023, at Ellinwood District Hospital, Ellinwood, Kan. She was born on May 19, 1965, to Daniel and Dolores (Raab) Sullivan in Great Bend, Kan.

A life-time resident of Great Bend, Deneva dedicated herself to taking care of her family and was all about her grandkids. 

Survivors include two daughters, Starla Willenberg and Jennifer Willenberg; six grandchildren, Hali, Kaden, Auna, Briella, Kamron and Trenton; two brothers, Devin Sullivan and Delton Sullivan; numerous nieces and nephews; and many additional loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Danny Phil Sullivan.

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be set at a later date. Memorials have been designated to the Golden Belt Humane Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
