Dorothy Mae Dawson, 88, died March 25, 2015, at Almost Home Inc. in Great Bend. She was born June 25, 1926, at Great Bend, the daughter of Robert John and Mary Ethel (Davidson) Herren.She was a secretary and bookkeeper for the Great Bend Herald Press. She then was a bookkeeper and co-owner of Dorrels Jewelry from 1953 to 1960 and Dawson Jewelers Inc. from 1961 to 1990.
