WICHITA — Eleanor Ann Bell, age 88, passed away peacefully Nov. 11, 2021 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. She was born Dec. 24, 1932 in Lincoln, Kan. to Melvin and Marie Clark. She was united in marriage to Jack E.
