Eleanor Ann Dailey

Eleanor Ann Dailey, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021, at Medicalodges of Great Bend. She was born Sept. 4, 1940, in Great Bend, the daughter of John and Edith Ann (Kummer) Dailey.

Eleanor has been a lifelong resident of Great Bend. She graduated Great Bend High School with the Class of 1958. She was a beautician for 35 years and a PBX clerk for CKMC for 40 years. Eleanor was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick Catholic Church and the altar society.

Survivors include a brother, Richard “Dick” Dailey of Great Bend; a sister, Janiece Burke of Denver, Colo.; 19 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, James Dailey, Jerry Dailey, William Dailey, Jack Dailey, Jr., and Donald “Dee” Dailey; four sisters, Dorthea Hershey, Peggy Dailey, Patricia Dillard and Gwen Bible; and a nephew, John Dailey. 

There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place and Celebration of Life services will be announced at a later date. Memorials have been designated to Prince of Peace Parish, Kindred Hospice or Medicalodges of Great Bend, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
