LARNED — Elsie R. Rankin, 94, died Jan. 24, 2012 at the Larned Health Care. Born July 29, 1917, in Johnstown, Penn., she was the daughter of Robert and Dorotha Cramer Cummins. She was an accounting bookkeeper. On July 20, 1935, she married Charles W. Rankin in Wheeling, W.V.  He died on Nov. 11, 1997.
Mrs. Rankin was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Larned.
Survivors include, a son, Charles Kenneth Rankin, of Anna, Texas; a daughter, Rebecca Sue Webster, of Larned; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, William Ronald Rankin; and a sister, Mary Stewart.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Assembly of God Church in Larned, with the Rev. Charles Rankin and the Rev. Ryan Webster presiding. Entombment will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens in Canfield, Ohio, at a later date. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Beckwith Mortuary in Larned. Memorials may be sent to the Larned Health Care or the Assembly of God Church, both of Larned in care of the funeral home.
