IOLA — Ernest Paul Blazek, 67, Iola, formerly of Dodge City, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at Fort Scott Mercy Health Center. Born Oct. 30, 1948, in Great Bend, he was the son of Ernest Henry and Evelyn Wood Blazek. On May 3, 1968, he married Carol Jeannie Kennedy.
